Ball Valve
A ball valve is a flow control device which uses a hollow, perforated, and pivoting ball
to control fluid
flowing through it. It is open when the hole through the middle of the ball is in line
with the flow inlet,
and closed when it is pivoted 90 degrees by the valve handle, blocking the flow.
Key Features
- Quarter-Turn Operation: Simple 90-degree handle rotation for fast open/close control.
- Full & Reduced Bore Options: Full port valves offer unrestricted flow, while reduced port valves regulate flow rate.
- High Durability & Corrosion Resistance: Available in stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, and PVC to withstand harsh conditions.
- High-Pressure & Temperature Resistance: Suitable for extreme operating environments..
- Low Maintenance & Long Lifespan: Minimal wear due to simple design and smooth operation.
- Versatile Applications: Used in oil & gas, chemical processing, water treatment, HVAC, and general fluid control systems.
